NGC 281 Dual Band OSC – First Attempt

If it could go wrong then it did go wrong.

The above image is only 7 30-second subs because my tracking was off, the camera kept fogging up and then the clouds came in. What a night!!

So I thought I would process as is and that didn’t go so well either. When I subtracted my darks, flats and dark flats I was still left with amp-glow so I had to crop the image a lot.

Hopefully, I will get more data the next clear night without all the issues!!
